Rosy (She/Her)
Hi, my name is Rosy, I’m a graduate of BSc Health Sciences (The Open University) with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies.
I’ve spent my whole life in a love-hate relationship with food, from partaking in cooking classes at a young age to a turbulent adolescence full of dieting which led to a miserable young adulthood of disordered eating- it’s been a long road to get to where I am today, and one that I understand can feel daunting at first!

I think that education is a powerful tool in enabling yourself to have freedom around food. The more I learned about food and how important nutrition truly is, the freer and happier that I felt!

My aim is to help people feel happy and comfortable in their bodies and to enable them to dispel any myths that they may have heard from unreliable sources. I was taught, and work in, an evidence based approach, in which all of my recommendations will be science based to ensure the best results that isn’t based off of fads.
